Warranty

Apricoat products are covered by a warranty against any manufacturing defect for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

If you believe the products have a manufacturing defect, please email our customer support team at support@apricoat.com. You will be asked to provide pictures/videos of the defect so that our team can review it.

If there is indeed a defect, you will be able to choose to receive a replacement or a refund of the defective product. If no defects are found by our team, we will do our best to help in any other way possible.

This warranty does not cover shipping costs.

This warranty does not cover any of the following situations:

  1. Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters.
  2. Malfunction or damage caused by unsuitable use or carelessness (tearing, denting, ripping, etc.) or accidents.
  3. Defects and damage due to normal wear and tear.


Apricoat team will have full exclusivity to determine whether the damage is under warranty or not.
