Uses showerproof fabrics that have tiny pores in the fabric, larger than water vapour molecules (so these can get out) but much smaller than drops of rain (so these can’t get in).
The main force responsible for the movement of moisture along or through a fabric, where the force of the surface tension between the liquid and the walls of a narrow gap or pore overcome the forces between the molecules of the liquid, moving it into empty gaps until the forces even out.

Great get outside jacket
The pockets are amazing. I love the beautiful blue color. And it keeps me warm and dry.
Warm and cozy, compact and lightweight.
These thermal gloves have just the right amount of thickness and warmth for everyday use. The compact size fits great in the pocket of my adventure coat! They have very good grip on the palms and the design looks stylish. The only thing that would make them better would be to make the fingertips touchscreen friendly.
I just personally think they should have more stretch in the armpit to back area
Great base layer
Great quality mid/heavy weight base layer. Very warm! The fit runs very small, I normally wear size Lg (44in chest) and ordered the L/XL. It was too tight to wear even for a compression shirt. It fits my wife who normally wears a women’s M. I ordered a XXL/XXXL for myself and it fits snugly.
Great gear, love the pockets and hood.
Adventure 2.0 Amazing coat, but layer if you run cool
So breathable - very impressed. Pockets are amazing. Windproof. Completely disagree with the temperature rating and I live where it gets to be - 13F in the winter. I'm used to the cold. Not a coat I would wear down to 23F without so many extra layers. If you are someone who doesn't run hot you will need to layer, layer layer. Wore on a 7k uphill walk and was very cold in 30 degrees with a thick sweatshirt and long sleeved t on underneath. Did not stop moving. Didn't get warm or stay warm. Found it a bit chilly in 41F but tolerable once I started moving. Couldn't stop moving though or I'd get cold again. So impressed by its breathability and how windproof it was that I'm giving it a 4/5. In warmer temps, it performs perfectly for my needs. I will see how it performs with a warmer base layer shortly.
exceeded my expectations, all the items i bought from Apricoat, are excellent.
